hmmm here to blog again:) wed short day super happy..haha not much of tutorials more of lectures...yeap after tat had odac lor...super tuff tis time..coz have to do a selection for mount ophir trip..yeap den at 1st run 2.4 km 1st timing 12.58...muz improve sumore hahah yeap den ltr went to to inclined pull ups plus standing board jump.after tat went to climb staircases kinda miss tat LOL yeap climb three sets nia so still not veri tired bt legs veri wobbly coz juz ran 2.4 km ma..de after tat run 8 rds ard e track! omg n start frm outer lane slowly den to lane 1 sia...super tired after running timin for tt was lyk 23 mins? hahahah yup after tat have miting for our odac tee b4 going home.rushed my tutorials n tests blah blah..den thurs long day so dun tok bout it too much..haha juz tat after skul go eat den went home have to do my PI n my idea i dun tink can work..have to tink another 1 sia..yup den fri short day again! hahah during break eat breakfast set damm nice=))) lol after tat had pw tutorial n ms latha was going thru wiv us n i tink my ideas cfm wun work..hahaa ltr gp do essays den released le lor..yup slack at aquarium wiv e others n eat our lunch..hahah n oreadi full le still gt tau huey n grass jelly e guys bought frm outside..damm nice sia! yeap after tat find ms latha n tok bout pw b4 going off to odac le..2dae actualli no training bt we ourselves wan n 2dae damm fun! ahhah do 2 rds of circuit n another 2.4km b4 doin sum pull ups n other stuffs at e fitness corner dere..haha ltr play sum volleyball n basketball n oh ya do sum sprinting competing wiv e guys effect better...hahah yup den after tat slack at odac room tok craps..now odacians lyk more n more bonded gud=) den went to kovan bk again to eat n tok tok..hahah till bout 8.40 pm liddat den went off hahah hmm tats prob bout it...cant type too much details if not v long hahah buai!~~

hmm yester was nuttin me except long day for me:( yup den had pe b4 break n well its so stupid doin sum leg exe i guess..its not tiring bt e weather super duper hot wich make me sweat lyk hell lah..hahah cant rmb other details wel thou..yup den after skul was waiting for e others in e aquarium...den ltr went to find jeremy dey all at mac..bt not slacking dere of coz teling others to help me tink of my PI n well i guess dey really gave me sum ideas sia:) haha den ltr socer team members cum back frm their match n dey beat aj! 2 :1 haha den tokin to sean n shuan dey all lor..hahah n e other guys so lame lah doin stupid moves...yeap den went home at ard 7++ 2dae was oso a super long day..actualli suppose to end at 4.45 bt e last period bought 4ward to ct period so weepie shorter day haha..no science prac for us 2dae change to 3 tutorials n it was lyk 2hr 15 mins...was wonderin how i going to survive thru tis long hrs bt surprisin e time juz seem to pass so fast:) i guess i luv chem n e teacher ba tats y..not lyk math wich wen its oni 45 mins its lyk eternity lah coz 1 simple reason e teacher sux n i dun understand wad summation notation is all bout! omg n thurs having apgp plus summation notation test..guess i going to hand in blank paper? lol yup den finally had break at 1pm sia starved lyk siao lor..ltr went for chem lecture n sean was teachin me chem thx man:) after tat went for econs tutorial..mrs sim was testin us again bt luk at e positive side i understand econs alot better den b4 le wich is a gud ting haha..den it was e last tutoiral for e day n mrs sim was askin us if tis is e last lesson den our whole gang sort of gang up n say nope..lol if say yes sure muz stay back n i cnt tahan le..juz feel lyk slpin at tat time of day..den ltr went to aquarium n teach sean chinese while waiting for e others. i m his chinese lao shi n he is my gp lao shi wahahhaha den ard 5 liddat went off le lor n go home straight away slp le sia..super tired ma..tml short day bt gt cca wich will stretched till v late de sia..gtg le muz go do my PI plus do tutorial plus study for econs n math test tis is killing me sia..hahaha ciaoz!~

hmm thurs was a long day sia bt its still okie lah..had econs for 1st 2 periods..lol mrs sim was testing us on our theory on demand n really muz noe if not..=die..haha bt she nice lah n veri gud in teachin make me understand e concept better..yup den ltr had break b4 econs lecture n lunch again..stupid timetable rite??? lol n kip seeing jeremy dey all sway wahahah had same break n lunch..hmm den ltr had gp lecture n omg damm gross sia..shows us a video clique on plastic surgery yucks...can c e ppl's brain blah blah de..bt gp lecture was basically nice since we can tok ALOT..haha den late for math lecture for 10 mins since gp was draggin..yup den ltr lessons end at bout 4 slack at aquarium till 5++ liddat waiting for jinyi n e others..yup den went bk wiv kimann jinyi silin n junkai...jeremy dey all cum ltr n we craps 2gether:) after tat bout 6.30 went off frm kovan went to toa payoh wiv junkai..tryin to cheer him up sia so cham on bus face wiv 2 persons tat r sad...yeap den bout 8++ went home le..2dae sabrina nv cum again...during pw no1 cum n relief us so we tat is a free periods for us=) n shuan+sean+junkai having concert...esp sean sia damm siao siao de kip singing n singin..hahah den ltr went to B4-1 for gp lesson..omg e room super small sia dun luk lyk a classroom at all..hahah den was toking to shuan n sudd i becum his au xiang n vice versa lol ltr went to slack at aquarium wiv e others...jeremy michael dey all tryin to persuade us to go church on sat sure gt sum motive de sia..yup had mee rebus for lunch super nice! haha was kipin a lukout for e ger sean lyk lol=) yeap den ltr went to odac le had leadership tok basically is bout e posts in odac..hmm tink i will be trying out for secretary? cant try for a president since i m 1 hu posesses leadership quality...yup den bout 5 liddat finish le..went to run 2km on our own since no pt done 2dae..n omg 2dae run damm tired muz train hard le sia..saw track n field ppl training damm pro n peng khoon 4ever slackin..haha actualli wana go play vball wiv yanli de bt in e end nv went out wiv odac ppl to bk our hangout=) haha saw philip dey all dere n craps again..haha n kip making ppl mixed up wiv me n fang...stayed dere till 7++ n went off le..tats all ba blog nxt time!~

hmm cant rmb much of wad i been doin for e last 2 days le..haha except tat i been runnin alot? lol run 2km on mon wen it is raining veri heavily..wahahha bt its super coolin wan to run under tis kind of condition again:) yeap den rmb after tat went to bk wi e others to eat since i m super hungry on tat day! haha den tue ar long day til 4.45=( yeap had econs tutorial on tat day n i muz say mrs sim super nice except she is veri strict? bt its gud lah..hmm den 2dae my best day:) lol coz skul end at 1 pm ma..n 2dae day mostly lectures so not veri sian..early in e morning we have 2.4 km trial for pe..timin=13.00 min..same as my last yr 2.4 wich means i nv improve at all..hope after sum training i can hit 12.00 to 12.30 min? yeap den after tat break had fried noodles stil lyk my sec skul de super tasty..haha den after tat 2 tutorials b4 we had math n chem lectures..e chem lecturer super iritatin sia kip draggin de...hmm den after tat was hanging ard at e canteen tokin to e others n i gt to noe 1 secret=) after tat went to aquarium n tok wiv yanjia n chuanming..tink dey veri nice seniors..den went to odac le lor...no seniors 2dae since jc2s no nid cum le..yup so do training all by ourselves..veri slack at 1st during e circuit..every1 lyk not serious sia..bt after tat better le=) run 10 rds ard e track at 1 shot quite tiring bt we managed to complete wivout stopping at all..yup tats e oni tuff part i guess hahaden ltr hang out at e odac room 1st time we can lyk sit on e sofa slacking ard inside while we discuss bout tees programmess blah blah...while waiting for jem dey all,make michael n joseph teach me how to dribble...lol sux at tat sia n after tat gt abit imporve bt still not gud at all sia hope can master tat=D den ltr e others cum le n went to kovan 2gether...bt in e end nv go eat wiv them hahah duno go kovan for wat oso so go home straight lor n reach home @ 7++..yeap tats all gtg do tutorials n learn econs le gt test tml=X wun be bloggin so soon i guess busy recently..tata! oh ya 2dae during odac pt saw bernard!!! omg veri surprised to c him since he is in mj now?? miss him alot sia still have tat gentlemanly luk wahahah

2dae 1st 2 periods was free for me so slacked at e aquarium bt tis time more guai gt do hws:) lol was listening to songs blah blah super nice westlife de haha yeap den ltr had math lecture..after tat had 2 breaks again b4 we had our econs lecture..starting to understand econs better n better le lol den went to hall for distribution of full timetable wich means frm nxt wk onwards we cnt slack anymore:( lol hmm alot of my teachers i m not familiar at all..gt mrs lim for our econs teacher thou she's fierce bt she really gud in teachin haha n sabrina for our gp! gud wich means i will enjoy my gp better den last time since she is such a nice n pretty teacher wahahaa nutting to complain bout my timetable except tat everyday end so late!except on wed n fri i guess.n tue omg no break thruout till 1pm sia n i tink i will die of starvation LOL den ltr went for math lecture new topic damm qim sia muz go revise my own lor..ltr had lunch b4 we went for our last lecture of e day chem..after tat have to rush faster coz gt odac at 3.30 wen we end at 3.25 liddat? lol bt nv really rushed since i was tokin to e others alot n playin wiv them..den ltr went to canteen to mit up wiv e other odacians b4 we went to e gallery..2dae training damm DULL..yeap learnt sum ropes knots althou its useful bt v sian not challengin enuff:( den after tat mr tan tok ALOT again till 6.20 lidddat b4 we dismissed..going to run e 100km all odacians cool eh? den nv run 2dae at all so we odacians run ourselves..me oni run 4 rds ard e track outer lane den super tired le sia..muz kip training since napfa cumin i tink? yeap den e guys all still can do circuits blah blah..do pullups wiv assistance for bout 10 times? nxt time muz do more..was toking to junxiong n kokyon or sumthin liddat..call him pu tao mei anyway wahahah dey super funny n gay! lol bt damm nice toking to them kip luffing de n dey suan nicholas till v cham sia..hahah yeap den ltr went out to eat wiv caixu n other rocmoc ppl...dining at burger king n tok alot till bout9.30 den go off sia..lol reached home at ard 10 liddat sia..kae lah tats al blog soon bt duno gt time ma since everyday will cum home super late haha:)

hmm on tue we had disc programme arranged for us..e presentor was damm funny sia..make every1 in LT5 luff till peng sia...haha n e story he said super nice v humourous guy..yup den ltr went to class n have sum class activites..mrs sabrina yee nv cum so sum other econs teacher took over..den e guys kip makin fun of her n irritate her...wahahah super fun..yeap den i m high S wich is sort of okie? ppl wil high D n C e most cham de..kenna suan alot by e presentor LOL..yeap den after e whole programme end went to a class n choose our class positions blah blah..sally was telling me to choose e welfare position den wen tokin to wan shin e teacher asked me to vote for 1 ppl to be e civics rep so i choose shaun lor den ltr kenna sabo back sia so becum e assis civics rep sia..lol yup our class lyk a lot of positions sia..haha den after tat went to aquarium n slack wiv e others...met up wiv jeremy,vincent,philip,kaylun,riggy dey all to go watch pacifier...reached ps at bout 2.40 liddat n faster bought e tix for 2.55 de..haha den sit wiv philip my didi kip bullying him LOl..e show damm nice! veri touching sum parts sia n e baby so cute=) yeap den after tat went to kfc to eat..bt i nv eat lah e others eat den me fang n jinyi irritate them by imitating them..lol den tink of names for them haha den ltr went home le lor...wed we had team excellence programme..veri fun sia! lol had 5 station games...1st game was to form words wiv our class ppl..we were slower den e other grp bt we were damm creative in terms of e way we formed our letters=) so we won in e end coz we cheered louder den e other grp:) haha den nxt game we went to e field to play e transporting of water wiv trash bags...we tot we lose sia bt in e end we won! althou we wasted alot of water=P lol den after tat we played e bench game...9 of us have to stand on 2 bench bt muz move e whole bench cross e yellow line..quite challenging de bt we won in terms of speed n e water we collected..damm cool rite..haha bt i kip dripping water on junkai coz he juz infront of me lol e nxt game was e hula hoop game we formed a circle den transfer two hula hoops thru frm diff ways..n we won againl lol ltr is standing on a bench n have to arranged ourselves accor to wad dey say..so wen dey say height i m rite infront LOl bt tis time we draw sia..sad sad hahh..ltr everyting end le den announced of winners...our class gt 2nd among all 20 classes liddat? n e prize super big sumore have to go up n take foto..actualli nv go oup de bt mrs yee called me up sia so extra coz all guys sia..lol yeap den ltr after tec had odac training...j2s nv cum coz dey have exam on fri nid to study..mr tan tok to us for a v long time den ltr actualli wana go run road race de bt rain sia so in e end oni run 2 rds ard e skul? n mr tan tok again so nv do much on wed sad=( lol hmm den 2dae have lectures again lor..kinda boring sia n have quite long time slacking at aquarium..toking n playing wiv e others=) den after skul went kovan eat wiv clarissa den bout 4 plus went off le coz tired..haha kae tats all..tak care!

juz cum back frm odac camp=) a 3days 2 night 1...lol kae hmm on fri mit report to odac at 6pm..den saw joel n daryl super surprised coz dey nv cum for e 1st 2 practises..yeap den ltr started playin ice breaker games...quite fun esp e husband n wife game..lol joel damm bad kip saying me n daryl oso..haha den after all dose games gathered to go for night cycling at night..went to bishan park n gt our bike den started to cycle thru ang mo kio den cycle to 1 sort of forest wich included a cemetry duno e exact place..den on e way dere damm scared traffic was tight n we were cycling on e road n at 1 junction i even crashed to a construction site sia.bt luckily n v fell...yup den at e cemetry dere we had night walk...pair walk for all..went in wiv seeyang lor..kinda scary coz dere gt ppl praying n alo of tombs..den saw alot of statues wich luk lyk human sia..den near to e exit gt 1 tombstone area wich dere r dose buddist songs playin...bt oni our grp gt to walk since we r e 1st grps...wen it came to other turns e weather not veri gud so dey nv go in..n e wind is veri big dere chilling sia..lol after tat cycle all e way back to toapayoh den to srjc..gt 1 6o degrees slope dam steep so have to push my bike all e way up wahahaha...den at toa payoh bumped into a motorbike parked dere..ppl bhind me always have to react fast if not i sudden brake den dey sure bumped into me de.lol den it was ard 4++ wen we cycled back so e traffic not tat tight den til ang mokio area started raining so e road super slippery sia luckily nv fall...ard 5 reached skul den went to bath le n every1 slept in e hall...beat by then sia n v fast fall aslp..den woke up at 7++ washed up n had our breakfast damm sux had breads wiv not much jam=( hahah after tat me n few others hu r here for 1st 3 mths becum facilitator went for e urban hike wich is oso amazing race lah...1st 2 stops was at east coast n spend bout 2 hrs dere sia..super long have to walk alot! yeap den ltr went to singapore indoor statium wich we searched for v long b4 we found e station ics...den have to run up e stairs dere 5 times up n down leg wobbly by then..wahahah den after tat stil have to do a no of tasks b4 we can proceed to e nxt 1...saw jinyi dere so qiao n oso xiqing den ltr went to suntec have our lunch b4 we went to esplanade n nid to do caterpillar walk..damm malu n zhicai dey all even take fotos of tat! esplanade was a fast 1 den we went to bedok reservoir..veri long e trip near to 2 hrs liddat?? yup den suppose to run 5 km dere bt we done tat earlier at indoor stadum so no nid...bt have to transfer water frm 1 pail to another wiv cups tat have holes...bt okie lah quite fast oso..den wen we going to our last station wich is pasir ris we r called to go back so go back lor..wanted to finish al de..yup tink we r e 3rd grp to go back den proceed to e rocmoc area..climb walls!!! haha i always wanted to sia n finally have chance...bt i lyk nv climb b4 den sudd dey wan us to climb..omg..damm scared n wen is my turn e 1st 2 panels okie till e 4th panel wahh damm tired le my hand...wanted to jump to e 5th 1 bt by then oreadi no energy le...tianshun damm pro used 1 min liddat to climb all e way to e top wivout any tiredness sia..lol yeap den after tat went to cook our ow dinner le lyk e 1st camp bt tis time e result better taste better lol n have alot of other ingredients veri fen fu=) ard 9++ eat finish le den we can go bath n slp so happy sia coz really damm exhausted le..me fang n cai xu 1 tent n damm hot bt managed to fall aslp..den ltr at 1.38am liddat peiyun called us up n we went out of skul to 1 alley..n we r to climb into dose drains we seen on pavement...cool sia!! totally new xperience=) veri narrow inside n have to duckwalk all way sia..den after awhile reached e end le wich is a drain in our skul..no ladder anything n have to push ourself up frm dere sia..damm difficult bt managed to gt up=) ltr super sweaty cnt slp in e tent le so slp at 1 mattress dere wich is suppose for high jump? lol den every j1s slp dere sia v cozy=P n we had titbits while we slp n chat alot! lol 7++ wake up veri tired dun wana gt up bt have to=( haha went for morning pt wich is kinda tuff sia make me sweat ALOT...den had our breakfast wich is still bread b4 we do our clean up...n my grp suppose to clean e toilets n 1 m e oni ger in my grp! so have to clear up e toilet myself bt luckily other gers cum n help..den had debriefin b4 we r dismissed..take fotos blah blah n had our sweets n chocos given by e seniors=) ltr 1 grp of us went to burger king n had lunch chat n play games dere till 1++ n we went off..now at home le lor...n oh ya caleb is officially my twin bro liao wahahah he veri junior to me sia duno y bt he super funny=D now gt quardants le lor..me fang jinyi n caleb:)))))) enjoy tis camp alot althou super tired..anway stop here le going to slp tired..haha buai blog nxt time!

tue was nuttin much except tat we went to burger king n chit chat after skul..den while eating kimann n dickson called frm skul since dey went back to check our posting result..den sad sia wen he told us e appeal failed=( me in 1s29 so far back lor...yeap den not e same wiv any of my les connection club ppl double sad...den sat at bk till ard 7++ liddat den went home n junkai called us to wait for e nxt 153 since it is a single deck den make us reached home at 8++..hahah hmm den wed we sort of gt to noe our class ppl...5 guys wiv 17 gers..gers power hahaha yeap den all e 5 guys veri zai de sia bt hope dey r easy to tok to too...hmm junkai aka man tou da jie same class wiv me..wan shin oso n cheryl wanqian n eugence we r same class again..lol so qiao lor..yup den ltr have to stay back in skul to listen to e cca excellence programme..wanted me to join e band for 1 mth to help in syf bt i cnt sia..liddat have to giv up my odac yeap den after tat went to mit other odac members going for cycling trip at east coast..on e bus kip bullying seeyang veri fun*Lol* den reached dere cycle for juz 5 mins started raining super sway sia..haha den we chatted in e shelter wen e rain is smaller set off again bt cycle fr juz awhile rain again den while rushin for shelter accidentally gt into e puddle of water stuck dere bt luckily nv fall..den went to another jetty not e bedok 1 den started raining again have to cycle fast n den bu xiao xin crashed into sum stuff n hit my lef painful sia..n e bike dere damm lan lah..wen cycling can feel e gear lossen liddat den ltr my chain drop super lan lor..haha yeap den after e whole ting end went to e mac dere wiv other odac members for dinner n bout 7++ went off frm dere have to run fast lor coz still raining heavily super cold on bus sia..den on way toking to yongquan n caleb quite nice to tok to hahah den reached home at ard 8++ close to 9..yup hmm den 2dae have cg period 1st ting in e morning have a brief introduction tink my class not bad lor..lol quite friendly n alot i noe de lor..yeap den my ct super nice mrs sabrina yee teachin us gp..den after pw lecture have 4 periods of break at 1 go super shiok...slacking at aquarium listening to songs blah blah..went for chem ltr n wahh our seatin arrangement out n our class 1st few rows sia sway...yeap den ltr skippped chinese lecture since it is too boring..lol tok to jeremy dey all lor n kip lieing to them tat jinyi is our triplet..n kip tryin to tink of ways to irriate them..haha hmm tats all ba blog till i tired le..haha kk blog nt time wun be soo soon since i having odac camp frm fri to sun..k cya!

sat went to skul to mit my future classmates coz we appealing for e same class..bt in e end sum ppl nv turned up so we decided to mit on mon instead after waiting dere for lyk 1 hr or so? haha den ltr mit shijie n elleen at tpc at bout 1pm...went to ljs n have our lunch den went off to east coast le lor...reached dere 1st went to mac b4 we went to rent our bikes for 1 n a half hr...hmm tink my skill improve by abit le wun be so unstable le wich is a great news lah since i going for night cycling during e odac camp..haha so muz master well my skill..yeap den cycle all e way to e 2 jetty to n fro for duno how mani times n went into sum other paths for a change...den on e way was raining n gettin alot of mosquitoes' bites so itchy lah..den bumped into 1 person becoz of e jam dere..hah luckily none of us injured sia phew...yeap den cycled till lyk 5++ we went to mac n have ice cream b4 we went back to tpc..den went to tazhiang n bought 3 earings for my 3 earholes=) long time since i bought sia..haha den had cramps all over wen i reached home since i have bee execisin alot for 3 days at 1 go...kae den 2dae went to skul suppose to mit e others bt dey all still late so we juz hand up our result slips...den had gp lectures wich is dead boring lah den had 1 econs lecture..n personally i tink econs is a veri interestin sub sia enjoy myself during mrs sim class...damm gud teacher althou she super fierce...yup den finally had break le was so hungry by then...den went to have chicken rice not bad sia wiv our fellow future classmates...junkai jingyi kimann dickson..hah n wen we eating pull junkai to our grp les connection...for yr info my les connection have alot members le including my sis,yanli(my lover),zheng zheng(my mistress),nina(my stead),jingyi(my 1st love),seeyang n junkai! hmm 3 days nv blog le kinda f4gt alot of stuffs le haha bt juz say briefly...wed was juz lectures n lectures bt of coz we skipped alot=) den ltr have orientation at 1pm liddat bt nv really tink much juz signed up odac lor..yeap actualli wana sign up for rocmoc bt 2 ccas crash on e same days so nv sign up lor..den ben lai gt trial for odac on tat day bt nv go since i went to LT5 for benc shi wen bin concert=D so cool sia a china singer came to our skul i mean a jc?!? yup yup den by e time 3.30 e room was kinda packed wiv srjc students n sum ppl frm outside tink he fans or wad ba..den he sing kind alots of songs so nice! esp wan bu liao super nice de...den bout 4++ he went off le lor den my frenx giv him album to sign den we call him to take fotos wiv us n he agreed!!!! so hao so we 1 by 1 take turns n he so friendly wun dao ppl de..ard 5 pm we went off le lor..den on thurs lectures was e most slack de since can skipped alot..went to chem lecture 1st ting in e morning den go aquarium slack le...n we went out to play e box outside..veri fun sia..guys vs gers den lyk so sexist lah bt hu cares? its fun=) n in e end gers won wahahhaha coz we make them played till we won ma=P yup den ltr at bout 1pm++ we went to kovan mac to have our lunch..damm scary sia wen i stepped in saw 1 lil boi on e floor den his daddy carrying him up at 1st tot his father scold him or sumthin...den wen he turned e boy over found out tat he hit his head den dere are a big hole on e small boy head..n kip dripping blood sia veri disgusting sumore its is ALOT lor den lyk u cnt eat le...n he is jus a small boy omg den ltr his parents carry him n rushed out le lor..duno hw he hit de coz all ard e floor was sponge..yeap den after eating wen clarissa's hse to watch movies n slack ard...watched a scary movie damm bian tai sia..bth le den went downstair n online check stuffs plus play piano...ard 4.30 went off back to skul coz gt odac trial...n super tiring sia more tuff den 1st o test our 2.4 km n my timin was lyk 13.10? so lan lah yeap den do circuits plus other stretching exe..cramps all over den bout 7+++ den reached home n slp le sia..2dae was okie lah had online registration briefing for 1st period den after tat gt gp lecture den we zhao lor...all e ogls n pls to be exact...haha den teachers were chasing after us scary lor make us hide here n dere de..in e end we hide at library n read comics=P den went to register my sub comb le jiu go slack at aquarium play box oso n oso chat ard lor..n busy trying to appeal our class...ltr went for tok bout cip damm sian den bout 12.30 released le went to play box again more fun coz alot ppl bt mak etoo much noises kenna scold by principal sia..hahah den after go to aquarium n have a mini concert in wich we have wang li hong,zhang dong liang plus jay chow..all of them luk so alyk except for jay de he oni sing lyk sia..haha bt he sing damm shiok...den yangyang was tryin to imitate ru hua=) ltr go to have our lunch jiu went for odac le..2dae was well tuff sia for a practise i mean..have to run 2rds warm up 8 rds continuous wivout stopping n another 2 rds of circuits...bt veri fast over le..nt wk gt odac camp sia in wich we going to do night cycling bt i cant cycle well?!? haha hope nt wed gt bike training i can master well=) kae lah tats all ba..tata!
